Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Package
Place the paddle shifters in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items for quality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
